Nikki Adame-Winningham is Climate & Sustainability Lead Counsel within the Environmental & Sustainability Law team of Pfizer’s Legal Division. She provides timely, decision-useful advice regarding sustainability, Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) priorities, and environmental and human rights legal requirements, including mandatory and voluntary disclosures. Nikki joined Pfizer in 2018.

Nikki was previously an associate in the environmental practice groups at Fulbright & Jaworski and Vinson & Elkins in Texas and Lowenstein Sandler in New York and New Jersey.

Nikki is an active member of the National Association of Women Lawyers, including serving as the Chair of the 2022 General Counsel Institute.

Nikki received her JD, cum laude, from Tulane Law School and her B.S. and M.Eng. in environmental engineering from Cornell University.
