Isabell Retamoza is the National Association of Women Lawyers' Publications Manager. Isabell is responsible for the publication, marketing, and archive of the Women Lawyers Journal, the NAWL Survey, the work of the NAWL Advocacy Committee, and the NAWL Podcast. Isabell also plans and executes standalone virtual events [e.g. Sip & Learn and Conversations on Change], as well as supports larger events in coordination with the Program Manager.

Isabell has a strong customer service background, nonprofit experience, and a passion for empowering women and people of color. She received her B.A. in Literature and Feminist Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
