NAWL Releases 2008 Survey on Retention and Promotion of Women in Law Firms
In this third annual survey of AMLAW 200 law firms, data reveal the impact of lateral moves and firm structure on women’s advancement in law firms. The survey also finds male equity partners are still out-earning women on average and the number of women in law firm leadership roles is still small.
