NAWL files amicus brief in "revenge porn" case in the Maine Supreme Court

    NAWL files an amicus brief in the Maine Supreme Court in support of Ms. Clark, who obtained a protection order against a man who threatened to post private photographs of her on a website designed to encourage other men to contact her. NAWL's brief describes the impact of non-physical acts of abuse on the victim and noted the particular dangers of this form of abuse often referred to as "revenge porn".  Read brief>>
