Women Making Progress in Law Firms, but Still Behind

Sara Randazzo writes, "Women have long been under-represented in the top ranks of law firms. New data suggests progress may be on its way. The Women in Law Empowerment Forum, a group that aims to hold law firms accountable for putting women into positions of power, is out with its fifth annual Gold Standard Certification. This year, the designation honors 44 law firms that meet a series of benchmarks showing they have women in top roles."
