Who should attend this event?

Attendance at this event is open to all attorneys from public and private companies, firms, non-profits, government, and educational institutions.

How do I become a NAWL member?

If you are not already a member, simply sign up for the Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon full program which includes a 2014-2015 NAWL membership.  If you are only attending the Awards Luncheon, you may add a membership on to the cost of your registration.

How do I purchase a table at the Awards Luncheon?

As an Annual Sponsor of NAWL, how many seats to the Awards Luncheon does my organization receive?

Platinum sponsors receive 10 seats
Platinum tiered sponsors receive 25 seats
Gold sponsors receive 10 seats
Gold tiered sponsors receive 20 seats
Silver sponsors receive 10 seats
Silver tiered sponsors receive 20 seats
Bronze sponsors receive 5 seats
Bronze tiered sponsors receive 15 seats

You may purchase additional seats for $200 ($175 before May 13, 2014) per seat to the Awards Luncheon.

If I'm registered to attend the Awards Luncheon, may I also attend the CLE Programming?

Yes, you may purchase a CLE program add-on for $175 ($150 before May 31, 2014).  Platinum and Diamond table sponsors receive CLE passes as part of sponsorship.  For questions regarding adding CLE Programming or your organization's table sponsorship level, please contact us at nawl@nawl.org.

Can I attend just the Night of Giving Reception?

Yes, you may register at no cost to attend just the Night of Giving Reception.

Is this event accredited? Can I earn CLE?

Application for accreditation of this program is currently pending. Speaker attendance is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice.

Who do I speak to about my special dietary needs?

You may include this information during online registration. If you have already registered, please e-mail us at nawl@nawl.org with request at least two weeks prior to the conference so that we can accommodate any special dietary requirements.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business.

Are there scholarships available?

NAWL will offer scholarship assistance for this conference to a limited number of attorneys who wish to attend but may not be able to do so due to cost considerations. Those attorneys who are actively employed in non-profit, government, educational institutions or small companies, or those that have been actively employed in such institutions in the past 12 months but are now in transition, are eligible for assistance.  The financial assistance covers all or part of the registration fee for the events on July 24, 2014, but does not include travel or meals outside those served as part of the day’s events.

The application process requires the applicant to demonstrate their eligibility and to provide a short essay setting forth the reasons why she/he believes she/he is an appropriate candidate for receiving scholarship funds, including how the conference will benefit her/his, and information regarding financial need.
