Follow Us On

For the first time, NAWL is bringing together its Regional General Counsel Institute ("RGCI") and Pipeline to Equity Partnership ("P2P") program.

In-house attorneys will enjoy the RGCI program, where attendees will join other experienced women in-house counsel to discuss building an in-house legal career. Designed for in-house counsel at any seniority level, RGCI will help attendees advance their legal expertise, improve communication and management skills, and enhance their C-suite presence to add greater strategic value to a company’s business.

Law firm attorneys will enjoy the P2P program, which allows for a frank conversation and exchange of ideas on the ethical and professional challenges women lawyers encounter on their path to equity partnership. Guidance on such topics as gender bias, effective and ethical client management, and the risks posed by internal politics will set the stage for participants to learn how to align their skills to their particular firm’s strategy, culture, and position in the marketplace.
