    The National Association of Women Lawyers invites you to the 2019 Mid-Year Meeting in La Jolla! This engaging and innovative  program will offer both professional development opportunities and skills training to help women in all fields of legal practice thrive in their careers. Members will have the opportunity to shape the future of NAWL and the legal profession. We will recognize and honor leading lawyers and business leaders who have made a significant impact on improving and diversifying the legal profession. And, as always, there will be plenty of time for networking built in throughout the event.

    Leadership Award to an individual in the community whose personal contributions have helped advance women lawyers and promote diversity in the legal profession

     

     

    Challenge Award to an in-house legal department for adopting hiring, retention, promotion, and general employment practices and procedures designed to strive to meet NAWL's One-Third by 2020 Challenge goal to increase the representation of women to one-third of leadership positions in the legal profession and to increase by one-third the diverse female attorneys (including women of color and LBTQI) in every segment of the legal profession. 

     

    Public Service Award to a lawyer who has demonstrated throughout her career a dedication and commitment to public service and social responsibility.
