This unique program is designed to empower attorneys to take charge of their own career success by enhancing strategic thinking, improving leadership and interpersonal skills, and developing personal networks.

The conference programming will focus on how participants can learn from one another to grow the pipeline for the next generation of female leaders. Speakers and participants will explore what leadership skills are most useful at each stage of an attorney’s career – the skills that help an attorney excel as a mid- to senior-level associate may not be the leadership qualities required for partnership. During concurrent sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to focus on ways to advance their legal expertise, improve communication and management skills, and participate in frank conversations on the ethical and professional challenges women lawyers encounter on their path to equity partnership. The conference will provide attendees with ample opportunities to network with peers and presenters alike. The primary goal of the conference is to help each attendee take the next steps toward achieving her own definition of professional success.
