The National Association of Women Lawyers is launching a new initiative and we are inviting you to be a part of it.
The NAWL Equity Forum will bring together women lawyers groups – law firm women’s affinity groups, lawyers from women’s corporate and government ERGs, bar association women’s committees and networks, women’s bar associations, and other professional organizations that focus on women in the legal profession – in a virtual meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 where they will hear about the most cutting edge information that women lawyers need and want to know. We’ll look at what is happening with women’s rights and women’s career progressions. We’ll share new developments and innovative ideas. Sometimes, we’ll make recommendations. We’ll introduce and highlight some of the most cutting edge thought-leaders on issues that are particularly germane for women in the profession. And, we’ll foster connections among women lawyers in a way that has never been tried before.
We hope that your organization will want to be part of the NAWL Equity Forum. There is no cost to be part of it. While all the women in your organization are welcome to attend the NAWL Equity Forum meetings, if your organization would like to formally be a part of this initiative, we’d appreciate your designating a primary delegate or point of contact to represent your organization.
