Recent ABA and NAWL surveys show that the gender pay and promotion gap in law is real and continuing. While having a personal career game plan can benefit lawyers of all sexes, it’s particularly critical for women lawyers. Whether your aim is to build a practice, make an internal (or external) career move at a firm or in-house, create or revise client development or client satisfaction initiatives, all of the above (or something else), a written plan of action will provide you with an invaluable edge.
