Nikki Marcotte (they/she) is a commercial litigation associate whose work primarily centers on complex civil matters in federal and state courts including auditor fraud and negligence defense, white collar defense, government investigations, trade secrets, contract disputes, and intentional torts.

In their spare time, Nikki loves to travel with their partner, explore new restaurants (especially if it involves brunch), try new recipes, go to the dog beach with their dog Prima, attend concerts, and hit the mats at their Brazilian jiu jitsu class.
