In the legal profession and beyond, the journey towards equal representation and empowerment of women persists. Recent events underscore the fragility of hard-won rights, but they also serve as a reminder of the resilience required to navigate challenges.
In 2024, we reflect on the legacy of our suffragist founders and the pivotal role of the right to vote in achieving equal rights for women.

The member-exclusive virtual component of our 125th-anniversary celebration, this four-part series will explore how protecting the right to vote is paramount to protecting our democracy. Join us for one or all of the sessions!

July 24 - 25
Join us for community-building, educational sessions, and awards celebrations at the 2024 Annual Meeting in Chicago. In addition to the professional development sessions NAWL is known for, our programming will highlight how the right to vote is pivotal in achieving equal rights for women.
November 6 - 8
The 2024 General Counsel Institute ("GCI") will be in New York City. GCI is exclusively designed by and for our in-house members to enhance their legal and leadership skills.
With in-house counsel comprising over 70% of the audience, GCI serves as a platform for frank, collegial discussions to establish deep and long-lasting relationships.
