Commitment: 1.5 hours weekly for six weeks

Ideal for: Those who have just advanced into a leadership position or plan to soon, ready to grow alongside a small-group cohort

Purpose: Core leadership development, with an emphasis on skills that support long-term growth

Coaching

The coaches on the NAWL Coaching Roster are experienced and eager to work with women lawyers. Let them help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Committees and Affinity Groups

Our Committees and Affinity Groups give members the chance to strengthen their leadership muscles. Affinity Group members lead regular connection calls and present virtual events. Committee members organize our conferences, produce our podcasts, craft our publications, and plan regional events.
