Why has NAWL created a Coaching Roster?

The first part of NAWL's two-pronged mission is to provide "resources to advance women in the legal profession." As such, we create a variety of opportunities with that focus. From our in-person events, to Affinity Group programs, to the Leadership Program, we provide many career development resources. Recently, members have been looking for a more personalized option to complement these other offerings. Engaging with a coach from the NAWL Coaching Roster is the perfect way to take your NAWL learnings to the next level with an experience tailored to your specific career goals.

How are coaches selected to be on the roster?

All coaches on the Roster are trained, hold advanced certifications, and are accountable to the highest ethical and confidentiality standards. Coaches commit to providing a complimentary 30-minute consultation to any NAWL member interested in exploring coaching options. The purpose of the consultation is to ensure that what members are for aligns with what the coach offers. To be considered for the NAWL Coaching Roster, please complete this application .
