What coaching services do you provide?

I coach individuals and lead peer coaching circles for women. Approximately half of my coaching clients are attorneys, and most of my clients are women.

What services do you provide in addition to coaching?

I create and facilitate workshops on a variety of topics, including emotional intelligence, psychological safety, gender equity, allyship, networking, conscious communication, and burnout avoidance. I frequently speak at conferences and for law firms and corporations.

What is your coaching philosophy?

As a transformational coach and trainer, I tap into the roots of motivation and engagement, leveraging research-backed neuroscience coaching strategies to elevate the human experience. I am regarded by leaders, teams, and coaches alike as a trusted advisor with a rare degree of personal warmth. In coaching, I quickly establish psychological safety to tap into the roots of motivation and engagement. My coaching style is grounded in a strong belief that every person has everything they need inside. My role is to act as a dynamic mirror, reflecting back everything my clients are capable of achieving personally and professionally.

What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?

Women lawyers are my favorite coaching clients. I practiced law for 25 years before becoming a coach, and I loved working with other female attorneys both in-house and externally. I always appreciated and admired how my female colleagues could balance brilliance, hard work, sharp wit, and a calm disposition, especially under pressure. As a coach, I find my women lawyer clients highly motivated, introspective, humble, and dedicated. I also serve on the Lawyers Club of San Diego Board of Directors, where I primarily partner with women attorneys to further gender equity in the profession.
