What is your coaching philosophy?

I take a holistic approach—helping clients uncover their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and harness their energy to create the career and life they desire. Through self-awareness, strategic planning, and accountability, I empower clients to make meaningful progress toward their goals.


What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?

As a lawyer myself, I understand the unique challenges women in the legal profession face—balancing ambition with well-being, navigating firm culture, and breaking through barriers to leadership. I am passionate about coaching women lawyers because I know firsthand how transformative this support can be for both careers and lives.


What excites me most is witnessing transformation—seeing clients gain confidence, own their value, and build careers that reflect both their excellence and their wholeness. I love helping women move beyond self-doubt, strengthen their boundaries, and show up as powerful leaders without losing themselves in the process.

Tell us about your training and certifications as a coach.

My coaching journey began more than 15 years ago when I joined a workplace leadership program that trained senior professionals to coach emerging leaders. The impact was immediate—I saw how coaching could unlock potential, strengthen teams, and transform performance. The experience was deeply rewarding, influencing my own career and inspiring me to expand my coaching practice. Over the years, colleagues at all levels—junior staff, peers, and managers—often turned to me for guidance, reinforcing my commitment to developing as a coach.
