Ten Things That Kept Lawyers Awake in 2026
If 2026 has proved anything, it’s that the law still has the power to surprise. From sudden privacy rules to shifting labor standards, headline-making court decisions, the year has already thrown lawyers a series of curveballs.
This session counts down the ten developments that caused the biggest stir, explains why they mattered, and highlights what they’ve taught us about adapting under pressure. By the end, participants will know which issues are fading and which are likely to define practice well into 2027.
