Tiffany M. Ferguson is Vice President, Labor & Employment at Allstate, where she leads global legal strategy for a workforce of more than 54,000 employees. A trusted advisor to C-suite leadership, she operates at the intersection of law, business, and people strategy—helping shape enterprise decisions that enable growth while managing complex workforce and regulatory risks.


Known for translating legal complexity into solution-focused guidance, Tiffany builds high-performing teams and drives initiatives that align legal strategy with business value. She previously led a best-in-class transformation of the company’s information governance solutions team and chaired a multi-year effort to redesign outside counsel engagements to better support corporate objectives.


Prior to Allstate, Tiffany was a partner at a boutique litigation firm, where she handled high-stakes, multi-million-dollar matters and tried a wide range of cases before a jury. She has also argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and has extensive experience in crisis management, including white-collar defense and SEC matters.


Tiffany serves on the Allstate Foundation Grant Committee and will join the Board of Directors of the Iowa Law School Foundation in July 2026. She holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law.



A native of Chicago’s South Side, Tiffany lives in Chicago with her 13-year-old son, an eighth grader at Bronzeville Classical Elementary and a winger for the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Chicago Soccer Club. An avid reader, she is currently reading The Overstory by Richard Powers, and enjoys HBO’s White Lotus and Succession, along with the “Baby, This Is Keke Palmer” and “The Prof G Pod with Scott Galloway” podcasts.
