What is your coaching philosophy?
We often get in our own way, and it is the strategic work of unwinding our own assumptions about ourselves and the ecosystems we are trying to build into that creates accelerated growth opportunities. It is my privilege to partner with clients to do that exact work to launch women into new levels of of personal and professional growth.
What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?
I am excited by the potential women lawyers bring into new spaces, including redefining what is the traditional profile of leadership and creating pathways for a wider slice of society. Women lead in many other spaces in life and society, and it is time for the legal world to benefit from more women led and women influenced experiences.
Tell us about your training and certifications as a coach.
I have been coaching graduate business students at Santa Clara University for the past 5 years, and I am also a career coach with the Association of Corporate Counsel. I am currently pursuing my ICF ACC certification with an emphasis in executive coaching and organizational development.
