Anjli Garg, JD, PCC, is an ICF-certified executive coach, leadership trainer, and former C-suite lawyer who helps highachieving professionals lead with confidence, clarity, and sustainable success—without sacrificing their wellbeing. Her work bridges the outer game of strategy, productivity, and leadership execution with the inner work of self-trust, emotional intelligence, and burnout prevention.

Before becoming a coach, Anjli spent 24 years practicing corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell, American Express, Citibank (as Assistant General Counsel), and State Street (as Managing Director). She led a global team of over 30 professionals and worked at the intersection of law, risk, strategy, and leadership inside complex, high-pressure institutions. Having navigated her own evolution from individual contributor to enterprise leader, she now partners with others during moments of professional and personal pivot.

Anjli works with partners, associates, heads of legal, in-house counsel, and senior and mid-level executives at critical inflection points—such as stepping into expanded leadership, navigating uncertainty, rebuilding after burnout, reshaping professional identity, or seeking to lead with greater authenticity and impact. Her clients often describe her as the rare coach who brings both strategic rigor and emotional depth, helping them gain clarity, dissolve self-doubt, and make aligned, high-stakes decisions with confidence and ease.

Her approach is informed not only by her legal and executive background, but also by her lived experience as a first-generation professional, mother, artist, kriya yogi, and certified energy practitioner. Her clients credit this integrative approach with tangible outcomes, including promotions, new leadership roles, stronger business development, increased confidence and visibility, renewed focus, and newfound fulfillment and ease.

Anjli facilitates workshops and delivers keynotes on leadership, navigating uncertainty, executive presence, visibility, wellbeing, and inclusion for global corporations, Am Law 100 firms, professional associations, and nonprofits.

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, and is certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments. She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.

She lives and works in the space where ambition meets meaning—and where success feels as good as it looks.
