Wellness Law

The NAWL Wellness Law Affinity Group creates a community for lawyers involved with the wellness industry, such as medical spas, unlicensed or licensed alternative health care providers, wellness tech and product start-ups, and corporate wellness programs. The wellness industry is growing in popularity but largely unregulated. This affinity group believes that lawyers should help guide the industry, as well as benefit from its principles of self-care, holistic wellbeing, and self-optimization.

This group offers members legal education and support in representing wellness providers and companies, opportunities to incorporate many of the wellbeing principles into legal practice, and networking to create connections in this emerging legal practice area.
