Alexandra ("Alex") Bodnar is the Chief Legal and People Officer at omni-channel intimate apparel brand, Thirdlove. She is a business-minded, collaborative, pragmatic, and hands-on leader skilled at helping businesses grow faster, sustainably and with less risk. With extensive experience both as an in-house legal and business executive and as a partner at two premier global law firms, she has a strong track record of providing sound judgment, thoughtful analysis, and constructive advice on legal, ethics, personnel, and compliance matters. She builds and leads successful legal and business teams, cultivating a high-performance workplace culture that fosters creativity, continuous improvement, and mutual respect. 

Alex earned her B.A. at Dartmouth and her J.D. at the University of Southern California. She has completed the mini-MBA for in-house counsel at Boston University, Wharton’s Chief Human Resources Officer Program, and Deloitte’s Board Readiness Program. Alex was named a Southern California Super Lawyer every year of eligibility and has been awarded a “preeminent” rating for legal ability and ethical standards in peer review by Martindale Hubbell.
