Anddria Varnado is a consumer and lifestyle business leader, public company board director, and growth operator known for building and transforming modern brands at the intersection of product, digital, services, and customer experience. She most recently led Kohler’s consumer business, where she built a global consumer and lifestyle platform spanning product, marketing, digital commerce, retail, design services, and operations across a multi-brand portfolio, driving significant growth, profitability expansion, and business transformation.


Over the course of her career, Anddria has led growth, transformation, and modernization initiatives across iconic consumer brands through leadership roles at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Macy's, and Citigroup, with experience spanning enterprise strategy, M&A, digital transformation, customer experience, and new business development. Her work has focused on helping companies evolve beyond traditional products into broader lifestyle and engagement platforms that deepen loyalty and unlock durable growth.


She currently serves on the boards of Columbia Banking System, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, and PATTERN Beauty. Across her board tenure, she has served in leadership roles across Compensation, Nominating & Governance, and Audit Committees, including as Chair of a public company Compensation Committee. She contributes to strategy, governance, executive compensation, and long-term value creation, and has helped navigate complex business and governance transitions including CEO succession, M&A activity, activist investor participation, and periods of significant transformation. She is also active in the governance community through her leadership with 50/50 Women on Boards and is recognized as one of the youngest independent directors appointed to a U.S. public company board at the time of her first appointment.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Clark Atlanta University.
