Cici is a Staff Attorney with the U.S. Litigation Program at the Center for Reproductive Rights. She litigates reproductive rights cases in state and federal court and provides compliance advice to clinics and physicians.

Before joining the Center, Cici was a Legal Fellow with Gender Justice in St. Paul, Minnesota, working to advance strategic and impact litigation in reproductive rights, gender equity, and LGBT rights. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr. on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Cici received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was Notes Chair of the Harvard Law Review. She also received an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. from the University of Chicago.
