Debbie Epstein Henry is a lawyer turned speaker, consultant, author, and communication coach with expertise in careers, women, workplace dynamics, and law. She speaks at events globally, wrote two bestselling books, and has been featured by hundreds of news outlets including The New York Times, NBC Nightly News, and NPR. For 25 years, Debbie hosted the DEH Speaker Series and for five years, the podcast, Inspiration Loves Company, exploring how to do and be better at life, work, and everything in between.


She’s also an entrepreneur. Debbie co-founded Bliss Lawyers and she co-facilitated its successful acquisition nearly nine years later by Axiom, its largest competitor. Debbie serves as Chief Strategic Advisor to Markups.ai, the first company to create an AI agent that drafts, revises, and analyzes contracts from clients’ inboxes, with no new platforms required.


She’s a Member of the Brooklyn Law School Board of Trustees and former President of The Forum of Executive Women. Debbie and her husband of 32 years have three grown sons.
