Eliane Setton has served as the SVP, Legal, Global Nutrition and Core Reckitt North America since November 2023. In this role, she partners closely with management teams to deliver business-driven legal counsel across strategic areas including regulatory, marketing, sales, M&A and compliance. Her leadership ensures that legal strategy is seamlessly aligned with commercial objectives.

With over 20 years of legal experience, Eliane brings a global perspective and a pragmatic approach to risk management. She is known for crafting and implementing effective legal frameworks that support innovation while safeguarding the business. Prior to joining Reckitt and MJN, she held senior legal roles at Yum! Restaurants International, Inc., where she led transformative M&A transactions and established impactful master-franchising relationships across Europe. Her experience also includes negotiating major supply chain, marketing, and technology agreements, as well as managing global trademark and IP portfolios.

Eliane’s academic background is equally impressive. She holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Paris-II Assas in France, a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
