Jillian is a strategic advisor to C-Level executives, with demonstrated experience navigating complex challenges to achieve solutions that allow business to succeed in heightened risk environments.


From advising on complex M&A strategies, partnerships, and de-mergers, to achieving favorable regulatory resolutions before U.S. and international agencies, Jillian brings a unique combination of legal expertise, sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and cross-functional solutioning to achieve desired business and legal resolutions.


With a keen eye for talent, she has consistently grown the collective performance of teams in dynamic corporate environments. Jillian consistently builds and leads high-performing teams to do hard things exceptionally well, while conducting routine activities more efficiently.


Since 2019, Jillian has served as lead lawyer for antitrust and anticorruption law and compliance at Honeywell, a global,

diversified technology and manufacturing company. In this role, Jillian advises senior executives on successful strategies for managing legal and business risks related to antitrust, corruption, bribery, and other high-impact legal issues. Jillian’s practice also covers the full range of competition law issues for Honeywell, including strategic counseling and M&A. In January 2024, Jillian’s took on an expanded role heading Honeywell’s Global Investigations function. 


Jillian joined Honeywell, after spending five years in-house at Eaton, an aerospace and power management company. At Eaton, Jillian served as a senior advisor for antitrust/competition law, international trade, and enterprise risk management. She has also served as in-house competition law counsel to the former United Technologies (now Raytheon Technologies).


Her government service includes two tours of duties with the United States Department of Justice in Washington DC, in roles of increasing responsibility, including as a senior trial attorney and policy advisor. Jillian began her career in private practice at a large Washington law firm, where she worked on matters before U.S. and international government agencies.


She holds a law degree from Cornell Law School (Ithaca, New York) and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Williams College (Williamstown, Massachusetts), where she received a Ford-Mellon Fellowship supporting her research in international relations and development economics.


Jillian currently resides with her husband, teenage daughter, and goldendoodle in Charlotte, NC.
