Latrice joined USAA in March 2026 as Executive Director, Attorney for HR Legal. In this role, she leads the labor and employment legal team who partner closely with Human Resources and business leaders across the enterprise to support a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, workforce strategy, and organizational initiatives impacting USAA’s employees.
Prior to joining USAA, Latrice served as Senior Corporate Counsel, Labor and Employment at Alaska Airlines, where she advised senior leaders on labor relations, employment litigation, internal investigations, and workforce strategy, including supporting the integration with Hawaiian Airlines. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Microsoft and Lowe’s Companies and began her legal career in private practice at Polsinelli PC in Kansas City, Missouri, representing employers in complex wage and hour litigation as well as employment discrimination matters in both state and federal court. Latrice is also a frequent speaker on leadership, HR strategy, and organizational transformation and has shared insights at industry forums, professional associations, and leadership events.
Latrice earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. She has been recognized as a “40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocate” by the National Bar Association and a “Top 40 Under 40” attorney by The National Black Lawyers. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and Jack and Jill of America.
