Laura Hansell serves as General Counsel of Kering Americas, Inc., overseeing legal strategy and risk management for Kering and its group of luxury brands throughout North and South America. Laura joined Kering in 2019 as Corporate Counsel and served as Associate General Counsel from 2021, before being appointed General Counsel in 2024. Her practice at Kering spans intellectual property, real estate, corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation, employment, and other business-critical legal matters. Before joining Kering, Laura was a corporate associate at two leading New York law firms, advising clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
