Lee Knight Caffery is General Counsel, Americas for Aalberts N.V., a publicly traded global industrial technology company with approximately €3.1 billion in annual revenue and headquarters in the Netherlands. She has full legal responsibility for approximately 36 companies across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, serves on the executive leadership team of the largest Aalberts operating company in the Americas, and holds officer roles across multiple U.S.-based companies. She oversees governance, regulatory compliance, environmental matters, cross-border issues, and all litigation across the region.
