Len Briley is AVP - Senior Legal Counsel at DIRECTV. He has been with DIRECTV since it spun off from AT&T in 2021. Before that, he spent more than 19 years in-house at AT&T, including in the Complex Litigation Group, handling Class Actions, Appeals, and Arbitrations.

He leads DIRECTV’s fraud awareness and response team and provides legal guidance and litigation oversight to all fraud-related matters. He works across departments on awareness and cooperation, creating and implementing preventative measures, and combating fraud attacks through an array of tools.
