Lydia Wahlke is the General Counsel of Hello Alpha, a digital health start-up founded and led by women, that provides virtual primary care with a focus on women’s health. Prior to Hello Alpha, Lydia served as a general counsel and assistant general counsel at multiple high growth, brand focused companies, and before that, she was in private practice with Kirkland & Ellis LLP as an intellectual property & litigation associate. She also clerked for the Honorable Amy J. St. Eve in the Northern District of Illinois (now on the Seventh Circuit).

Lydia earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of law. She is a certified information privacy professional/US and past recognition includes being featured on the Chicago Lawyer’s 40-under-40 list.


Lydia actively volunteers with the Posse Foundation, where she serves on the Chicago Leadership Council.
