Most recently, she was General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Blue Apron Holdings, Inc. Earlier, she was EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Morgans Hotel Group, Inc. and Acting General Counsel of KIT Digital, Inc. Meredith's Big Law experience includes Jones Day and Fried Frank. Meredith holds a JD, cum laude, from Cornell Law School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
