Nithya B. Das is Chief Operating Officer at GCAI, where she oversees Customer Success including our Pre and Post-Sales Solutions Attorneys and Forward Deployed Engineers, Partnerships and Corporate Development, People, Legal and Finance.

She also serves on the board of Teads Holding Co. (Nasdaq: TEAD), where she chairs the human capital and compensation committee.

Nithya joined GCAI from Diligent Corporation, where she served as General Manager and Chief Legal Officer leading the company's product and GTM strategy for their leading governance solutions and the global legal team. Nithya is a frequent speaker and commentator on boardroom governance, risk and compliance, AI in the boardroom, and building good governance programs in public and private companies.

Before Diligent, she was Chief Operating and Legal Officer at Olo (NYSE: OLO), an enterprise restaurant SaaS platform, joining as founding General Counsel and leading the company through its IPO. Prior to that, as Chief Legal and People Officer at AppNexus, she led the company from startup through its acquisition by AT&T. She began her career at Goodwin Procter LLP where she founded the Founder’s Workbench, a resource for founders and entrepreneurs.

Nithya's leadership has been recognized by the National Organization for Women and the American Bar Association for her leadership and innovation. She is a passionate advocate for women in leadership, entrepreneurship and social impact.

She holds degrees from University of South Carolina Honors College and Brooklyn Law School, and lives in Hoboken, NJ, with her husband, two daughters, and labradoodle.
