Rebecca Napolitano is Associate General Counsel for Business Integrity and Compliance at Intel Corporation, where she lead global ethics, compliance, corporate responsibility, and integrity initiatives for one of the world’s most influential technology companies. With more than a decade at Intel in senior legal roles spanning trade compliance and corporate governance, Rebecca works at the intersection of innovation and accountability, ensuring that emerging technologies are developed and deployed in ways that build trust, meet regulatory expectations, and support responsible global growth.
Rebecca is also a subject matter expert in International Trade Law. Prior to joining Intel, Rebecca worked at private law firms in Washington, D.C., advising multinational corporate clients and manufacturers on export, customs, and sanctions matters.
Rebecca holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and two B.A.s from the University of California, Los Angeles. She lives a joyfully chaotic life in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and three daughters.
