Rima Alaily is Corporate Vice President and General Counsel for Infrastructure Legal Affairs at Microsoft. She leads the global legal team that enables Microsoft’s cloud and AI infrastructure ambitions, helping ensure customers worldwide have the capacity they need to power their AI transformation. Rima’s team provides end-to-end legal support for Microsoft’s infrastructure business, including the acquisition of land and power, the construction, leasing, and operation of datacenters, and the development and delivery of the company’s hardware infrastructure.
