When asked to reflect on her proudest moments, Andrea C. Kramer wrote:

“My professional accomplishments are the ways in which I have elevated and empowered other women: numerous appellate decisions in which amicus briefs I have filed on women’s issues have influenced court decisions; the inclusion, empowerment, and success of dozens of women from all backgrounds whom I have advocated for, mentored, and supported; the legislation supporting women that I have helped to pass and am continuing to try to pass; and decades of organizational work with the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, including serving as its president, as well as with numerous other women-focused organizations.”
