When asked to reflect on this award and his proudest moments, Bob Glaves wrote:

“I am humbled to be included in such an impressive list and honored to be recognized by NAWL. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside extraordinary women whose leadership and dedication continue to shape our profession and justice system. One of my proudest accomplishments has been supporting and learning from women leaders across the justice system through our work at The Chicago Bar Foundation. I am especially proud of the growing number of women leaders I have worked with who are now leading, innovating, and expanding access to justice for women, families, and communities most in need across the country.”
