When asked to reflect on her proudest moments, Elaina Kim Benfield wrote:

“I am proud to represent Vanguard, WilmerHale, Boston College Law School, Women in Securities Finance, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Massachusetts, New York and PA Bar Associations—and now, the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL). A common theme across all these organizations is the importance of supporting and developing others. NAWL’s mission is important to me because I would not be practicing law without the support of amazing law school professors like Professor Hillinger, her Public Interest Legal Fund program, great mentors and the wonderful communities created by these organizations. I believe in the importance of women supporting other women, and I hope that I can continue to make a difference for others.”
