When asked to reflect on her proudest moments, Joan Haratani wrote:

“I am honored to join this group of women leaders; women who lead with compassion, strength, and empathy. My proudest moments are the personal ones that are not exactly headline news! When women join my firm because I am there and succeed–correctly believing that if I can thrive, then so can they–I am filled with joy. Or when they seek my counsel in moments of uncertainty, and their tears transform into a beautiful smile. I believe that each woman’s victory is the foundation for our collective victory.”
