When asked to reflect on her proudest moments, Katya Jestin wrote:

“I look for every opportunity to provide leadership opportunities for women in big law and I am consistently focused on conquering the structural challenges that cause women to leave our profession. My proudest moment in big law has been watching two women, whom I have mentored for well over a decade, become successful partners and rainmakers. As a lawyer, I am proud to represent a consortium of reproductive healthcare providers in the current hostile territory for reproductive freedom.”
