When asked to reflect on her proudest moments, Louise Ing wrote:
"I am forever grateful for the mutual support gained from the communities of women I’ve joined or helped form over the decades. I draw positive energy in learning from, being with and helping women committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Among recognitions I value: NAPABA’s Daniel K. Inouye Trailblazer award because prior awardees inspired me to ignore glass ceilings; women-in-business career achievement awards from Pacific Business News and Pacific Edge Magazine because I started when role models were mostly (admirable) men and celebrate now being surrounded by so many women leaders and rising leaders."
