“I feel incredibly honored as a recipient of the NAWL Outstanding Law Student Award. To me, this award emphasizes the importance of showing up in the legal profession -- and in life -- with positivity, empathy, and whenever possible, a smile! In the world of law, outcome is not always in our control, but how we act in the matter is; I will carry this award as an impetus to be my best for my future clients and the people I may impact.
