    Jenny A. Waters is the Executive Director of the National Association of Women Lawyers. As such, she manages the strategic direction and operations of the organization, including finance and sponsorship, brand management, membership and volunteer engagement, the HR and risk management functions, and the development and implementation of the strategic plan. Ms. Waters is a frequent speaker on diversity issues and served as an advisor to the 2016 DiversityLab Women in Law Hackathon. She is also a member of the ABA House of Delegates. Before joining NAWL, Ms. Waters was a partner at a Chambers-ranked commercial litigation boutique in Chicago. She litigated matters on behalf of multi-national Fortune 500 companies, closely held corporations, and executives operating in a broad spectrum of industries. Ms. Waters was named one of Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” from 2008-2014. She also served on the Executive Committee and as chair of various committees of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and received its 2014 Leadership Award.     Lauren Wilson is the Marketing and Development Director at the National Association of Women Lawyers. In this role, Lauren develops and implements annual sponsorship and marketing strategies for both the Association and individual programs. She manages and directs relationships with sustaining and program sponsors, ensuring they maximize their sponsorship benefits. Lauren also develops and executes marketing communications initiatives focused on NAWL’s wide range of audience segments, both on an individual and institutional basis. She leads NAWL’s sponsorship and marketing initiatives designed to create and support brand visibility and awareness for NAWL’s mission nationally, in the effort to attract and retain sponsors and enhance strategic partnerships for the Association. Lauren also serves as a point of contact for media outreach, ensuring that NAWL’s voice is heard on key issues related to the Association’s mission. Prior to joining NAWL, Lauren held marketing communications roles in national professional services firms and associations. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (Manchester, England), and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Illinois State University. She can be reached at 312.988.5861 or .

    Rachel  A. Diamond is the Program Director at the National Association of Women Lawyers.  As such, she works with a group of talented and assionate lawyer volunteers to plan and execute programming including NAWL's Annual Meeting, Mid-Year Meeting, General Counsel Institute and regional conferences, which incorporate continuing legal education, networking opportunities, charitable partnerships, and leadership development for thousands of members. Prior to joining NAWL, Ms. Diamond spent almost 2 decades as a lawyer advocating on behalf of women and children in the areas of family law, domestic violence, sexual assault, education, child welfare, adoption, and guardianships.  She also spent time at the American Bar Association Commission on Domestic Violence and Center on Children and the Law where she managed events, webinars, and professional development for lawyers and other professionals on a variety of legal issues.  Ms. Diamond received her J.D. from Loyola University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana.  She can be reached at 312-988-6196 or

    Helena B. Rogers is the Membership Engagement Manager at the National Association of Women Lawyers. Ms. Rogers leads the strategic planning, project management, and execution of NAWL’s membership outreach and engagement work. She is responsible for ensuring that all members of NAWL are fully engaged through its Practice Area Affinity Groups, Book Club, and other opportunities. She is also responsible for leading the Membership and Mentorship committees. Ms. Rogers graduated from North Park University with a degree in Business Administration.     Asha Smith is the administrative coordinator at the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is responsible for the overall logistics of NAWL. She received her B.A. in Law and Society from The American University. Prior to joining NAWL, Ms. Smith served as a City Year Americorps member in Washington, DC.
