    Jenny A. Waters is the Executive Director of the National Association of Women Lawyers. As such, she manages the strategic direction and operations of the organization, including finance and sponsorship, brand management, membership and volunteer engagement, the HR and risk management functions, and the development and implementation of the strategic plan. Ms. Waters is a frequent speaker on diversity issues and served as an advisor to the 2016 DiversityLab Women in Law Hackathon. She is also a member of the ABA House of Delegates. Before joining NAWL, Ms. Waters was a partner at a Chambers-ranked commercial litigation boutique in Chicago. She litigated matters on behalf of multi-national Fortune 500 companies, closely held corporations, and executives operating in a broad spectrum of industries. Ms. Waters was named one of Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” from 2008-2014. She also served on the Executive Committee and as chair of various committees of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and received its 2014 Leadership Award.     Caitlin Kepple 
    is the Marketing & Development Director at the National Association of Women Lawyers. In this role, she is chiefly responsible for recruiting and retaining sponsors, and cultivating those relationships, both on an annual and individual program basis. Additionally, Ms. Kepple manages NAWL's public relations presence and works directly with the media on requests to position NAWL as a thought leader.     Kelsey Vuillemot is the Senior Program Manager at the National Association of Women Lawyers. In this role, Ms. Vuillemot is chiefly responsible for overseeing all membership retention and recruitment campaigns, managing NAWL distance learning programs, administering the annual NAWL Survey, and creating content for NAWL’s social media channels. In addition, she works with a group of talented and passionate lawyer volunteers to plan and execute in-person conference programming including NAWL's Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon, Mid-Year Meeting, General Counsel Institute, and several regional conferences, which incorporate continuing legal education, networking opportunities, charitable partnerships, and leadership development for thousands of NAWL members annually. Ms. Vuillemot serves as the staff liasion to the Diversity, Publications, Book Club, Membership, Mentorship, and Survey Committees as well as to 15 Practice Area Affinity Groups and more than 15 program planning committees and subcommittees. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (“YNPN”) of Chicago. In addition to her work on the YNPN Board, Ms. Vuillemot serves on the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois’ Associate Board where she has helped plan the Board’s signature Derby for a Cause event for several years. She is also involved on Women Employed’s Advocacy Council and is active in her Alma Matter’s Alumni Association.     Woo Bryant
    is the Graphic Designer at the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is responsible for the overall look, design, and feel of NAWL's marketing and program material. Prior to joining NAWL, she was a chef at a Michelin star restaurant in Chicago, but decided to pursue her passion for the arts full time. Woo received her B.A. from Columbia College in Advertising Art Direction. She
     has been featured in the RAWArtists Showcase, Pancakes & Booze and has held Art Director roles in the 2 Night Stand Creative Marathon, Epsilon Agency Creative Camp, and The One Club Creative Camp. She can be reached at


    Nor Attisha is the administrative coordinator at the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is responsible for the overall logistics of NAWL. She received her B.A in Political Science from the University of Michigan and her M.A in International Management from Colorado State University. Prior to joining NAWL, Ms. Attisha worked as a legal assistant at Geico Staff Counsel where she gained in-house experience.
