Cristal Lambert is Assistant General Counsel at ETS, a global education and talent solutions organization known for its groundbreaking research, learning solutions, and some of the world’s most trusted assessments - including the TOEFL and TOEIC exams, the GRE and the Praxis. At ETS, Cristal oversees complex commercial transactions, including acquisitions, member substitutions and asset purchase agreements. She also serves as General Counsel on the ETS Institutional Review Board and as a legal advisor on digital accessibility.

Outside of work, Cristal is President of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, a nonprofit statewide organization representing the interests of the New Jersey Hispanic and Latino legal community. She is a frequent speaker on leadership, crisis management, in-house practice, branding, women/Latina empowerment, professional development programming for first-generation attorneys, and the advancement of attorneys from underserved communities.
