Josh Fougere is a partner in Sidley Austin LLP’s Supreme Court, Appellate and Litigation Strategies practice, where he assists clients in a broad range of cases and has particular expertise in intellectual property and patent cases and government-facing civil litigation.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys reading fiction, fishing, and driving his two boys to ice hockey and chorus.
